There's no evidence that Richard had them murdered, just like there's no evidence that Buckingham, Margaret Beaufort, Henry Tudor, Anne Neville, Cecily Neville or anyone else had them murdered. They simply dissappear from the records. The first person to claim they were murdered was an Italian diplomat, Dominic Mancini, who never met Richard, didn't speak English and was just repeating the local gossip he had picked up from his translators.
