They wouldn't have, Germany would've gone to war and destroyed Europe by then if they still had a Prussian monarchy. France, too, if they still had a Napoleonic monarchy. Russia would've collapsed sooner or later due to ineffective administration. Austria-Hungary was a ticking time bomb. China was a mess since adapting Western technology was nearly impossible under steppe nomad Manchu rule.

Considering that the destruction of ww2 can largely be attributed to the furthering rise of industrialized warfare (as ww1 was so destructive due to its early rumblings), yeah, probably.
