Don't know why people have a hard time using baidu. I made an account with a uk email address and have my account linked with my uk phone number. I even use baidu's download/cloud service as its easy to just copy over the stuff from other baidu accounts into mine. I'm not that anon, but let me tell you this: the only good thing about the baidu client is that it finishes the download even if for some reason the connection is lost. Never failed to me. About the speed, sometimes is really slow, but I have a 3rd world connection so I don't complain. Sometimes it downloads at full speed, which in my case is a meager 2 Mb but usually it downloads at 100KB or even less, it depends if the client is able to use p2p or use a download from a server (slow, REALLY slow for me). But basically my connection is a piece of crap, that's why I need to be able to resume downloads, and for that the client is great, and the only reason I use it, installed on a VM.

I bought some cheap Sony MDRE9LP earphones for sleeping, and they're pretty nice. They're tiny as shit so they don't hurt my ears when I lay on my side.

The language barrier is the biggest issue you will have with these types of audios. If you can't understand the details of what the scenario is supposed to be you won't get properly engrossed into it and thus will fail to get hypnotized.
As for what you are supposed to do it depends on the audio in question. Most of them will have the girls give you specific instructions on how to act which if you can't understand Japanese will be a big problem for you.
If you want to try anyway i recommend you do the following.
Lie on your back with your eyes closed, you can use a blindfold or a cloth, and wear a decent pair of headphones with the volume loud enough that all outside sounds are blocked off. A good quality pair of closed-backs are the way to go for hypnosis.
Focus on understanding what she says and try to envision the scenario you're supposed to be in. Having success with these audios is difficult even for fluent Japanese speakers. Still, it's an interesting experience so you should give it a try.
