I just tested the patch to confirm by taking my untouched download from DLSite and placing the patch files in. Both 'New Game' and continuing from my save worked flawlessly.
You are either trying to use the 1.5 patch on a version of the game that isn't actually 1.5, or perhaps didn't actually approve replacing files/folders or something. Those are the most likely scenarios.

Yes, I was having an error in non-english text after that .ks error box was closed. When I opened the Memories screen, I saved over the bugged save slot, which now works. Unfortunately, I can't troubleshoot it now, since loading my old save file (which I kept) doesn't recreate this error; instead, the text box just doesn't appear until I click "Memories". Yay?

Grabbed the mod patch from the OP, pasted only data and tyrano into my untouched 1.5.0 from DLSite, ran the game, loaded my save, switched to santa outfit, went into the forest, no problem. Reloaded save, put on black frilly dress, went into the forest, that error pops up after agreeing to take a rest.
My guess--and I'm just guessing, I don't know how your code works--is that it's because you used single semicolons to comment stuff out rather than doubles as the explanation on the top of the file specifies.

Lewd clothing and accessories are now sold at a sex shop instead of the clothes shop (access by going out at night by yourself), you can now take Sylvie out to dinner (go out at night with Sylvie), there is a new H-event with two variations (have Sylvie help you with your work all day when she's needy), and most importantly, you now have the ability to talk to Sylvie directly.
Is anyone else having trouble saving the game on 1.5? I just updated and it won't allow me to save the game, it just stays as is whenever I attempt to click a new save slot.

Thanks for all the input. Mathematically speaking it shouldn't be possible for this to happen. Hitting 'stop' kills the trigger for it, and if you reach the correct number it automatically goes to the in/out question so you shouldn't be able to stop and insert a finger before that happens.
