Anyone play this game? I downloaded it but every time i play it the animation fucks itself and starts to look like pic related. Any ideas how to fix this?

i've redownloaded and my graphics card should be fine because i can play most other games just fine but his one just keeps buggin on me, can't read the settings on the game cuz full moon up in there too, i remember i messed around with the settings before and managed to get it a little better but i have no idea what i did.
