There's a couple of short fan novels up on PIXIV. They're mostly standard fare material (one is an extension of the car scene at the end of Matome Ban with car BJ followed by Curly calling Kyouka at work to have sex in a public bathroom). Not particularly amazing reading, mind you, but there's stuff to keep you occupied for a little while.
That being said, most of the works at least attempt to keep the writing style similar to Jin's, so at least the characterizations of the cast remain pretty similar.

To be fair, the colorization was really decent IMO.

The colouring sucks and a complete waste of time considering there is a superior version with more complete backgrounds available. The colouring is blade and lacks depth. Not only that but the colouring pages completely fails to capture the tone that exist in the greyscale mother fucking masterpiece of a manga. Your translation is actually decent. I remember spotting some sentences that could have been worded better but I don't there was any major translation issues. For me, personally, I can't understand why it stands out because the plot is typical ntr to me so I can't say there's an X factor. Maybe it's the fact that it starts as a one shot that was vanilla then became netorare. So people who usually like vanilla jump on threads to speculate about the open ending and that just gets loads of responses.
