Yeah, don't take the criticism too harshly, I think it's great.
Most of the dithering looks fine. It's just the shoulder ones really that appear toi be sort of random. Even in black and white they probably wouldn't make sense unless it was supposed to be blush.

Only very minor adjustments IMO:
You're missing a few highlights on:
Breast.
Edge of shirt over breast.
Shoulders (should be large and circular, apparently).
Blush.
Top loop of hair.
That weird ball thing in her hair.
Other changes that might improve things are:
Don't use a blue on yellow composition, change that bg to something more complementary.
On your shading layers, picks tones with a little more saturation and less brightness. It looks juuuuuust a little faded. (Green ribbon, hand, blush).
You've shaded a large area on the sleeves even though the artist didn't intend for it, how come?
Otherwise good job, that shit looks like it took forever.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm working on the whole page atm so I'll be sure to fix the missing highlights so thanks for pointing them out.
The background color has a yellowish tint because she's supposed to be laying in hay.
Oh and also, the sleeves are like that because (as I said previously I've never colored before so I'm totally new to this but) I want to avoid it looking flat but I'm sure there are more professional ways to go about it.. :)

Not gonna lie, pretty much flawless all around.
Only minor suggestions:
Hand (fingers) missing shading.
Give the barn roof or planks a different colour, one massive brown blob just doesn't feel right.
Cant' tell if panel 2 has shading on chars hair (the tiny triangle).
FInally, whitespace between panels might look better off black.
