1st. It's an almost 2-year old video
2nd. Can't spend too much time on recreating the rounds so they are synced to the beat because of Pendulum.

I stumbled upon / re-stumbled upon Fap Hero a couple weeks ago. Quality has increased significantly in the past years, always love to see people treat hentai as more than "just porn" and really take it seriously. Here's some minor feedback:
A couple times I've "accidentally" gotten to the end of a FH without cumming, it's literally and figuratively anticlimactic. Countdown timers are pretty common, but not common enough. I mean the Futabu one has a countup, what the hell is that
Longer breaks to accompany longer Fap Heroes. Hell, you could even put a countdown on your breaks so I know if I have time to go get a glass of water. Long breaks are honestly my favorite part of hosts.
A couple wishlist things that are asking a lot, but hey here we are:
Shorter (and maybe tougher) Fap Heroes. The main reason is so that people who want an easier challenge or (more importantly) people using onaholes can slow down playback speed without having to set aside 2 hours, while still being okay for everyone else. Obviously you'd have some sort of porn on screen, that goes without saying. No breaks is another thing entirely. I can see the appeal, but I personally wouldn't be interested. Both ideals (long breaks, no breaks) should be easy to implement, anyway. You can even just use ffmpeg and cut out breaks if you want.

I've thought about this as well. There are a lot of mediums that do this, comics in particular. You can have a writer and artist working together in a collaboration to produce a superior product. One might write smut like a boss, while the other's powers of autism allows him to create technically perfect Fap Heroes.
Considering writing is probably a more common skill, you could possibly even throw pastebins into the thread with a stated set-up, direction, or idea, and see what happens.

It looks bad in almost every situation. Animation should not randomly speed up and down, or go fast for three strokes, then skip one. As you said, it looks unnatural.
It's better to find clips that sync well with the beat, without having to drastically change the speed of the clip.
The only times I feel hard-syncing uneven or sped up beats is used to good effect, is if it's used in a transition or buildup for a short amount of time.
