Answer: There isn't much. There are a few (maybe 6) videos on iwara.tv and they are shitty.
You can try PlayClub, CM3D2, HaremMate, or SBP2 for some decent stuff.
Then there is mocu mocu dance which can render MMD stuff in real time for VR.
There are also some demos made by a guy that goes by pornulusrift.

It's a real shame how much credit the guy takes for doing so little work. The software designer that works on the program is brilliant. He has made working with MMD assets easy as fuck and he just keeps putting out updates with even more features.

He's been clipping along at about 1 or 2 updates a month.

You can get the program there and try it yourself. It really is easy and since it uses MMD assets, you can find pretty much whatever you want with a simple Google search or over in /e/.
