However Fakku has made it quite difficult to download any content efficienly. I am requesting a way to make this easier, and in exchange I will download any book of your choosing.

what are the urls for the full images? it's presumably consistent, so all you should have to do is something like
get http-urls from fukku.net/manga/url
find all the urls used for thumbnails (presumably under a consistent scheme)
visit the url, get the url for the full-image
curl the full-image to manga-name/image#
otherwise there's probably browser-extensions out there for downloading galleries

gets you all the jpgs on the page, which in this case is all the images we want.
For your gallery, those thumbnails probably open up to a different webpage that contains the url to true image.
So basically what I want is the url for
the gallery itself
the thumbnails
and the full image
The gallery url is obvious ofc, its in your header
the thumbnail url you can get by hovering over the image, and the url will appear in the bottom right, at least in chrome (and iirc firefox). Or right-click > copy-link-address
The full image would be the same process, when you have the full image displayed (after clicking into the thumbnail)

I didn't sign up to Fakku for various reason, but the main one was that their site was, is and always will be a steaming pile of shit from a technical stand point.
Downloads would fuck up all the time, pages would time out without warning and to top it all off you'd always be greeted with that obnoxious "u mad?" 404 page.

What exactly are you basing that on? The subscription is intended to be online reading only. Downloading is not a part of it, that's only available for things you actually buy (which means the books at the moment).
And I would argue that the online reading experience itself is about as good as it gets (even if I'm biased in that I'm the one who built it).

I agree that digital rental is pretty eh outside of the catalog rental model, though. But the catalog rental model does make a lot of sense in this day and age - you get to consume a ton of content for a relatively small price in exchange for not getting to keep that content permanently. Ideally you could combine that with also being able to buy any of the content you really like for permanent keeping. FAKKU isn't exactly there yet since you can only buy books and not the magazines (aka the subscription content), but the latter should also become available at some point (as an additional option next to the subscription, not as part of the subscription itself).
If you want a low-tech method that just needs a little Python knowledge, Sikuli might be able to "browse" and screencap save for you.

There is no image URL even, it's assembled from a multitude of scrambled sub-images.
Still, if you disable some security settings it's possible to retrieve the image data from a canvas via javascript and save it to a file. I believe that's how all the rips are done.
