It's not exclusive to the female MC, but it is exclusive to females in general, and it happens to give the best stat growths of any personality in the game. The only situation where you DON'T want a female to have the "Sexy" personality is if you're roleplaying or if you're tailoring your characters to very specific roles.
There is a male version called "Lewd" but the stats are piss poor in comparison. It's not a terrible personality, and in fact, is competitive with Solitary for being a good hero personality pick, but the female one is just insane.

You can set the adult content off in KS...i'm not sure if that just cuts visuals or skips the scene entirely though. You could run through it once yourself after the last choice prompt (it's some ways off afterwards) and check for yourself though.

A positive result on her first time actually saying what she wants could really help her with doing so more often in the future too, since you can show her it's okay for her to do so.

1.2x came out, inserted new texts. No full translation available.
1.3x beta and then 1.3x (no beta) came out. No full translation available either.
But people are horny and wanted to play the new 1.2x/1.3x content, so they used the old texts from 1.16 wherever they could, resulting in a "partial" translation. They pretty much did that by search&replace these texts.
Sometimes the author would fix some typos in the original Japanese, search&replace does not work on these lines, and they are left untranslated as well, so the "partial" translation is slightly more downgraded than the 1.16. It's still fully playable, and that comes from someone who actively refuses to learn moon.

First time KS anon here, finished Emi's route last night...
I'd say it was better written than Hanako's by far. Had to split between 2 day though, and on the first day atleast it felt weird to be going after another girl with Hanako on my mind, especially since she doesn't even show up in that route at all...
I found Emi's stubbornness realistic, and her spirit and determination inspiring. I found it interesting that regardless of which decision you made at dinner, it was the choice with Misha that really determined good or bad end. Even though what Misha says to you either way amounts to the same thing, you get wildly different endings. Kind of contrived imo but whatever.
I still think an earlier confession, or atleast actually saying the 3 magic words would've avoided some of the problems...it looks like it would've gotten Emi to open up sooner.
I've only seen the 1 bad ending so far, need to hit the others today, but I found her rehearsed style of breakup to be familiar. I think it was a little stupid for Hisao to choose then to give up, after everything, but I guess that's a bad end for you.
I think her confession...apology...thing could've been longer than essentially 1 screen though. Was really hoping for some more emotional involvement on her end once things finally broke through.

He saw Lilly as infallible and unwavering, when she's just a person like everyone else, with the same emotions and weaknesses that come with it. Despite breaking down and showing her true emotions in the wheat field in Hokkaido Hisao still hung onto her like she was an impenetrable fortress, Lilly saw this as a lack of empathy on his part and that's what drove her away. Not that she was putting her distant family before her love, but because she didn't think she could be with someone who couldn't meet her halfway and understand that no matter what face someone wears, what air they carry or how they walk or talk, they're still just a person underneath it all. That she's a person too and sometimes she wants to let her guard down and show herself and others that she has feelings and emotions that are just as sensitive as any other 18 year old girl's.[/spoiler]
[spoiler]However by the end when Hisao risks his life to keep Lilly from making the same mistake he did when he had his heart attack, he shows her that he's capable of understanding other people's feelings, especially hers. It's what Lilly wanted all along but Hisao was just too much of an asshat to realize it.[/spoiler]
As for being contrived, yes and no, it's the classic theme of falling in love with your friend and that's probably what drew me to it since I like that idea so much, but the end was a bit of a curve ball for me.
I'll admit, her's was the only route that made me cry.
Not cry, bawl like a bitch.
But I was so grateful it did. The wheat field scene made me cry harder the second time when I replayed Lilly's route a week after my first time and I was just so grateful that I could still feel this way.
