Format: manga.
The colony would be of the under ground, concrete variety, so there would be some abundance of space, but not yet for private accomodation - most spaces would be strictly public: communal sleeping chambers, communal kitchen and washing area. Most space would be allocated for growing crops in sun-lit greenhouse compartments, which incidentally would be the best place for finding a private spot.
All the adults of the colony would be women and the "first martians" would have been conceived from frozen sperm. First three were bred as an experiment so there would be some age difference between them and the rest of the martian children. These three would be the protagonists, a girl about 14 and two bous 12 and 10. Named Ace, Deuce and Trevor.
The so called plot would these kids interacting and living their life on mars and all that while discovering their sexuality and love in an environment where very little of it exists around them. Because there's three of them, there would also be a triangular drama and discovering the concept of jealousy and cheating, but finally the original couple prevails.
So it would be long form, several books worth. More like a regular manga with occasional gratuitous sex schene.
This a thing I fancy myself while trying to get sleep: how would it all go? If you woudn't have any peers doing naughty things, just the clinical truth from the adult scientists and the encyclopedia. There would be the movies and books brought from earth though, maybe even a porn movie hidden somewhere deep in the intranet but you'd have to watch it on a communal computer, maybe two "aunts" who sometimes share discreet kisses and sneak out together in the night.
My biggest problem with the whole concept is that would it really be a kind of discovery or would our porn filled earhen media make the matters frank enough.

Each chapter is usually a standalone with a single person entering. At times there would be a party which will last a couple of chapters.
On a related note, I sometimes feel like the stories in ero doujinshi are wasted on ero doujinshi, and could be developed into something greater. For example, Akai Ito Kanrikyoku (recently uploaded on Exhentai, or at least a translation was) imagines a world where every person has a soulmate, and it's possible to know who everyone's soulmate is, so people are paired up with their soulmates. It could make for a very interesting story.

My perfect idea for a plot would follow the life of a business woman who obtains a new job in the company. That job being 'corporate headhunting', she received the role as a number of chairmen and executives decide they could put her body to use. In turn, she'd receive better benefits and higher pay. The way it'd work is that officials from the company write letters to people of value with hopes of inciting curiosity of which then, Female MC is to convince them to join the company through a lustful evening of sex and drinking.
