The C stands for Comiket. They have two a year, once in the summer and one in the winter. So it goes up by number. Its the convention where they sell all this hentai doujin in Japan.
For example last year was Comiket88 in the summer, and then Comiket89 in the winter. This summer will be Comiket90.

Yeah I saw people begging him to include Leaf, Hilda or Rosa, but he said those characters don't appear in the anime so he wasn't going to use them. I don't know, I would prefer he keep his Pokemon doujin based on the anime, since he's one of the few hentai artists who makes Pokemon anime doujin. All the others are based on the game version of the characters.
I hope we get another one by C90, although it took a year for the Iris one to come out from PM Gals 3 so maybe we'll have to wait till C91

He could have something done by C90. Since PM GALS XY in C85, there was XY2 in C86 along with a PreCure doujin, Ash Musou in C87 with another PreCure doujin, then C88 was yet another PreCure with a KanColle doujin set, and two other ket releases all in between. There was also some paper exclusives handed out, just not during C89.
So far the only missing piece is the C86 BBS note that was a paper exclusive about Iris. I'd have to guess that it was 4 pages of Iris having the start of feelings with Ash and possibly touching herself, if the text on it and the details in Iris's Turn are any indication. The C87 BBS NOTE with Todd Snap's stuff seems in continuity, though.

Yeah its a shame this never turned up, although at only 4 pages I don't think we're missing much.
I'd love to see him do at least one more PM Gals before the end of this generation, focusing more on short-haired Serena, a possible Bonnie/Clemont, and some of those tripokalon girls.
As I said he's one of the few who bases his doujin on the anime rather than the games, so it really makes his stuff more enjoyable.

Man, makes you wonder why there was such a big gap in PM gals doujins. Before the collection, the last PM gals was way back in 2004! And he didn't make the collection till around 2010 with the added Dawn/Zoey story...then in 2013 the XY series.
Strange that he didn't make any PM Gals during the DP era at all, especially with how popular Dawn was with hentai artists. It seems like the collection was to make up for that, but he could have done 1 or 2 of them during that span.
Man, the guy has been making Pokemon doujin from 2004 though, that's over a decade ago. Makes me wonder how old he is since I know his other doujin goes back to 1999 or so.

Simple, he has other interests to write doujins for. During that Poke hiatus, he did some Sgt. Frog, Negima, Powerpuff Girls Z, and more doujins. Considering the breaks in C88 with no Pokemon content, he just needed a plot to work on.
Considering he also skipped the BW series and the potential tales there, it was more of a case of the right tale at the right time.
