From what I recall reading, Manga Kyouka straight-up remained the only one still having sex until they got the police involved. Her daughters didn't. However, none of them ever got intimate beyond a blowjob with Yuu afterwards.

It's mostly as you said. There's two different things: manga and novel, and they vary fairly significantly in tone and plot (particularly plot in the latter parts).
Manga:
- 3 chicks fuck with shota; Yuika implies he's her first. They decide that whomever amongs them first gets preggers will be his legal wife.
- drugged and fucked at beach hotel, first in the massage room then over at the guys' place. All 3 possibly impregnated. All of it is taped.
- Kyouka agrees to see Curly afterwards in exchange for the guys leaving the daughters alone
- none of the girls have penetrative sex with shota again (probably due to trauma).
- some time later Kyouka continues to see Curly at a hotel, having contacted the police, though amazingly for manga, she keeps her wits about her at the very end.

Novel:
Overall similar with some differences:

- The girls aren't fucked together but blackmailed individually.
- All 3 girls continue to fuck the guys after returning from their summer break and are slowly broken.
