any toaster can run the game as far as minimum requirements go, albeit with less than 10 fps and graphics settings.
There is a scar tan mod and a silent personality that is basically mute except during sex.

Well, this laptop isn't excellent (it's pretty worn), but it can run Half-Life 2 and shit pretty damn alright on moderate settings (800x600 to 1366x768, but no vertical sync because that shit actually eats a lot of memory, easy on the shadows)
