I think It all depends on perspective when reading it. If you side with the boyfriend it's Netorare, but if you side with the old man, then its Netori. Fakku also used the term "main character" and seeing as we see the old man more than the boyfriend this may qualify more as Netori.

Still this is more Netorare than Netori. Netori plots don't rely on blackmailing, rape or other similar things most of the time. And their MCs aren't slimy unlikeable bastards.
