Postan what I found for the new 3ds. To scan just close anything running and press L+R and touch the QR, it should show something to pic related
This has 4 picture options click with stylus to view
This one is a video, 480p might be max quality. when it starts just pause the video and click the 3D botton at the bottom right and use the [L|R] option
