SFM animator here. The reason for this is because SFM sucks. No seriously it fucking blows. More technically though the reason is that SFM doesn't allow for particle collision with models. Meaning, while we actually DO have a cum particle that is freely available it basically has noclip on and will just pass through any model it touches. Meaning you can either attempt to fake it with cumshot models or you are shit out of luck.
There are other ways to do it however using cumshot models and manually animating them. But as you quickly find out trying to manually animate viscous fluid moving believably, stretching, sticking, and running is really fucking hard to do convincingly and even people who are good at it have a hard time.
Basically it comes down to quality vs time investment vs skill. If you are lacking in any of the 3 it looks like shit.
