A while ago I decided to try and make a shitty ARG that involved a gaming channel. In order to sell the game channel gimmick, I decided to actually apply some of the things I learned in basic graphic design and make a convincing logo. What I ended up with was this. Nowadays I've left the fake game channel to rot, but I can't help but wonder if I can at least get something from this dumb logo in the form of a critique and learn something from it.

In short, just tell me if there's anything salvageable from this. I will include a resized version of the logo and the original thumbnail

salvageable? No.

improvements? Yes.

here, i improved upon it and kept within parameters of giant space panda face. i even added a lantern light on top of its antenna.

(assuming the original "logo" is a giant space panda face, that is...)

Does the more pixelated typeface conflict basically? The logo itself is made up of mainly circles I guess.
