Hey senpai I need a graphic designer for my advertising agency. I prefer outsource (I'm in California, USA) because it helps someone get rich in their country and helps me pay less.

most will be logos, shitty flyers or coupons and some email blast stuff. If you have web development skills please note. (I will pay you separately for your web dev skills)
Your portfolio or samples don't have to be advert stuff, I just need to know that you can actually use the adobe suite and understand aesthetics. (color theory-what looks 'good')
It's ok if you don't speak english as long as you can design. I also speak spanish fluently and can communicate basic french. You need to be able to work from home and have excellent turn around/projects deadlines. I'll provide you with adobe creative suite.
