I am in need of some help, I want to to material design this logo, any cool ideas. give it a lift up, the logo is from a mattress shop.

Why don't you try something first and post it here. Try to at least make 2 things and spend some hours on it (thinking about it while not actively in illustrator or something still counts btw)

the name is just JNC, the rest is "moto" sentence! translated is "bedding & rest systems"
this was 1 attempt to get some glimpse or idea, liked the layers because it resembles the inside of the matress, but then got the idea to do it with a coil or innerspring. & that got me to here iam now

Don't link the JNC letters to the mattress layers, it's unfounded and only complicates things for you as the designer.
And another, if you want to do inside of a mattress, you need to really show the mid is a spring, otherwise no one would make the connection.
