without the knife it looks like a company that makes crowns
keep the knife, make it smaller, don't use those hideous colors.

This is supposed to be a logo, right? You're trying to make it look like more of a drawing ft. some words from what I can see here.
I realize that the knife is there for reference as to what it's about, but the thing about good logos is that they usually combine what it's about plus the name of the company, and it looks visually pleasing.
My advice is to ditch all the details of the knife, and simplify it down. Try and look for ways to combine a knife and crown in some way. You never want more than one symbol in a logo, it distracts the audience.
