Guys it's just a displacement map over too many filters. If you want to do the same do the following:
> get text
> set fill to 0%
> add outer emboss, set modes to normal
> duplicate, set to inner emboss
> convert to smart object then dupe it to a new file, save it.
> set blending mode in original to overlay
> select your background, go distort -> displacement map
> select your map you just made
> slap the dick out of OP's mouth so he can type this shit out himself next time

Just an FYI since no one on here seems to know what a disp map is; it uses an image as an alpha layer to set depth, white is a peak, black is a valley, PS then warps your image around it. It's a really good tool under your belt, for a better explaination see the ancient tutorial I learned it from here
