You need to incorporate the text into the image and edit the imagery so that it all looks cohesive. Otherwise it looks like shitty word art slapped on top of a random photo.

i think it could be improved if the type wasn't such a stark white... give it a cream/yellow color like the cone's wrapper appears to have on it. also add some noise. it will help it meld better with the supporting imagery.
you could also center the cone, enlarge it just a bit and place the bright white type directly on top of it.

You need to change the font and use one that has Small Caps. On the text Guantian district the weight difference (line thickness) between Caps and Small Caps is too obvious and unpleasant to the eye. Looks extremely amateur.
