I'm looking for some recipes or combinations of fruit and veg I can throw together in a blender and drink daily. I want to up my nutrients in a quick way.
What should I include in the smoothie? Fruits, veg, yoghurt, milk, shit like ginger, water? I have no idea at all.
What do you guys do?
Bonus for combo that can be made and left for a day or so.

few protips:
>if you mix frozen strawberries with milk or yoghurt it makes strawberry ice cream
>same with frozen bluberries or any other frozen fruit, depending on the flavour you want. just don't add too much milk/yoghurt or you get shake instead of ice cream.

>mix chocolate whey with any sweet fruit and you get a thick chocolate shake
>flax and chia seeds for good fats and extra fibre
Run luke warm water in the blender to clean it. You don't need to put it in the washer.

personally, I make my morning shake almost everyday. It's a semi-sweet paste but it's not too calories dense and has good protein.

One of my favorite smoothies was banana, chocolate protein powder, spinach, fresh basil leaves and almond milk. Chocolate and basil go really well together
This is the one that I make.
