hammer curls and db curls
tricep extensions
shoulder press
arnold press
lateral/front raises
do it 5-6 days a week. until i can do everything 20 reps+

I had this EXACT scenario...
Here is what i did:
Shop around until I found a 300lb weight set that included a shockingly decent oly bar. Then purchased 85lb additional weight.
Barbell behind the bedroom door, weights under the bed. Tiny room is now tiny gym.
Follow proven novice routine like greyskull, replacing squat with hip thrust and bench with floor press.
Use glute bridge to bring the bar into position for floor press

20 lbs dumbells are only good for stuff like lateral and front raises. it's too light for any other exercise.
buy more weight or look for a gym. gyms are everywhere, even in the middle of nowhere.

Weighted pistol squats > lunges
Stick the weights out as far in front of you as possible for balance.
I cant even do a pistol without dumbbells
