Being completely honest, the most gains i've made (all physical, spiritual and mental) have been in the absence of society, only people I have contact with are my family, that's literally it.
Before detaching myself from """"humanity""""" I felt like I did everything for the people I knew, just so I could prove them wrong (?) even though I was never confronted about anything before, but the thought of proving people wrong just lingered in my brain for so long, that I actually believed it, once I became absent from society, I was able to give myself time to think about WHY I do certain things, it fucking helps, man; I just feel blessed that I had that opportunity to just block everything out and look at what truly mattered, so many people have jobs and shit they have to do in their day to day lives that they have no time to just sit and think what the fuck they're doing with their lives, and what they want to accomplish.
A hectic life in the context of this age will bring nothing but misery, don't aim for a hectic life, i.e. thinking that going out, socialising and partying will make you a better person, but rather focus on doing things that will make YOU feel fulfilled, it's literally all that fucking matters, no one can tell you what's right and what's wrong, that's up to YOU to decide. We're all experiencing 'life', seeing it in different perspectives, don't think that someone can school you on how you should live.
