Retard friend has made a homemade preworkout drink which he swears by, I asked him what's in it and he told me

>4 pro plus tablets (200MG caffeine)
>100g dextrose
>1 scoop instant coffee beans (wut)
>1 can of monster energy (lol)

What is this idiocy and is he gonna die?

Assuming he gets about 70mg out of the coffee beans (that would assume he uses quite a lot of them) he's still only at 300-320mg of caffeine.

OP, the American College of Sports Medicine, not exactly a pack of gonzo up-the-dose renegades, suggests 3-9 mg caffeine/kg bodyweight for a performance-enhancing dose. Don't be a phaggot.
