What do you eat for breakfast /fit/?
I'm a massive phaggot that needs help bulking.
Currently I eat 2 slices toast, 4 eggs and 500ml milk.
I need to eat more but am struggling. What are easy ways to add calories at breakfast?

1 cup of raw oats with milk and sliced banana or berries.
that's already almost 800 calories just for your breakfast... that's not bad. you could drink two glasses of milk or add scoops of whey or add a fruit (like a banana)
you could turn your milk into a shake with oats + peanut butter + banana/honey

I just whipped this up, a really tasty meal and full protein too

This morning's breakfast was

50g of any nuts you can find
30g whey to add a few bonus kcal and protein
100g oats
1 sliced banana
