According to my TDEE, to fucking clean bulk I have to consume:
1 gallon of whole milk
dozen eggs
2 pounds of red meat
veggies up the ass
2 slices of bread
fuck off, how do I dirty bulk as a skeleton?

Gallon of whole milk is 2500ish calories
dozen eggs is about 1000 calories
2 pounds of chicken thigh meat is 1500 calories(2000 calories if ground beef 18% fat)
2 slices of bread is 200 calories.
Yeah ok mate unless you're 7'3 I don't think so.
That's close to mr olympia off-season calories.

Clean bulking is very hard because your body just cant digest that volume of food. Its okay to eat some high calorie food like pizza, just eat enough to get you to your calorie goal
Just eat a lot anon until at one point your body will no longer appreciate any delicious foods and starts rejecting all the foods u eat for 2/3 months. That is when you're finally getting out from your skeleton mode and no longer have weak and small stomach, godspeed.
