That is only very rarely, as i dont usually adjust my fasting/eating windows that often (purely out of convenience), but this is what i do as a low calorie dessert regardless of the time.
The cocoa powder is more filling (imo) and less caloric.
Just add less water than you would think, and stir it into a fudge like consistency.
Shit is tasty as fuuuark.
Make sure you add the erythritrol before the water, or it won't dissolve and that shit will be grainy, and the cocoa will taste bitter,
My bf adds a little bit of coconut oil instead of water, to make it basically exactly like fudge, only better because its 99% cocoa. That might be good for bulkan
