I wanna start working out is this a good workout routine?
Monday-Bench Press 5x5,Incline Press 5x5, Weighted Dips 3x5.
Tuesday-Squat 5x5, Standing Calf Raises 3x5.
Wednesday-Deadlift 5x5, Shurgs 3x5, Weighted Chin Ups 3x5, Bicep Curls 3x5.
Thursday-Overhead Press, Lateral Raise, Rear Delt Raise.
Friday, Saturday,Sunday- Rest

For sure dont do 5 reps on shoulder raises.
That shit is too heavy.

If anything alternate between a 6rm for heavy days, and a 12rm for lighter days. Or do double peogression (take your 6rm, add reps until you get to 10 or whatever, then add weight to bring you back to your 6rm)

But your entire routine is retarded.

wednesday
Doing squats and calf raises one day and deadlifts the next day is just going to hurt you

also for your squats day add like leg curls or something. two workouts isn't really that much but three is good.
