Dont come in here expecting people to praise your progress.
We didnt know you before 12 months.
You havent post any before/after pics.
But to be honest it seems like you havent been lifting much.
I see a few visible results in your upper chest (near the armpit) and on your biceps/triceps.
Your wait probably was far wider than your upper body ? It has come even now.
But 12 months for this seem too slow. You need to eat more.imo.

If you were fatter as a kid and are afraid to eat (this was my problem) don't be. Besides , you need materials to build a house. You need Nutrition to build muscle.
