5mg ed for 8 weeks is the recommended cycle. you can do 10mg also, but generally one vial/container (depending on if you're taking it in liquid or cap form) is dosed so you can do 8 weeks of 5mg ed.
make sure you're going on a bulk as you're doing it, just like a regular AAS cycle, you don't want to waste it on a cut or maintenance.
your test production will be suppressed (though not shutdown), that's normal. it'll come back up to regular levels a few weeks after your last dose. some people recommend DAAs as a kind of ghetto, makeshift PCT for those few weeks when you're off the lgd but not back to regular test levels yet.

You're scared for no good reason. You're on a cruise dose of testosterone and you're already thinking about using a SERM on day 1 of your cycle, before anything can even happen. Your 12.5mg EOD of aromasin is already most likely going to be way overkill, even at your very high bodyfat percentage due to the low dosage and the fact that you're on no other compound.
You seem to have easy access to bloods, so just get that.
But whatever, do what you want to do. I'm sure using aromasin every other day for the next 60 years of your life is a good plan.

Thanks for your replies; I have a few questions:
1. I initially thought 250/week because it's a TRT level dose and it would give me an idea how my body responds - also wouldn't shut down my natural test production completely down (is my logic). Am I completely wrong in thinking this? Would I be better off doing 500/week and then a standard PCT cycle to recover?
Second, would you guys recommend prophylactic use of an AI EOD at 500/wk?
Third, if I were to take HCG while on cycle to protect my balls - is this safe/reasonable? Would it cut down on the effect of the pins?
