Any advice for ass workouts? I need some more strength there, when in Highschool I didn't do enough lower body. I'm not seeing many good Gluteus medius and such exercises. That and the muscle doesn't seem to be as strong towards the sides, it's like my butt has the correct shape started but isn't "filled out". Basically how do you balance out your ass /fit/?

i have high arches and i put 10lb plates under my heels when i do squats. much better gains.

you could consider getting powerlifting shoes, they have raised heels which helps a lot with squats, and they have the added benefit of being more stable and flat than most shoes, and have an extra strap to keep them in place along with the laces.
I got the adidas powerlift 2's, for like 80 dollars I think, not too expensive. Also they are nice and wide which is very important for me, since I have wide feet and can't wear chucks
