^ this, or sleeping all day like a corpse.
Your body REALLY needs good sleep. Without it your body wont be able to rest and repair itself enough to work properly.

Sleep on your radial nerve for a few hours to permanently kill gains, or sleep with your hands behind your head to damage your ulnar nerve and kill gains.

What? Sleep on your arm kills gains? Can you explain, please? I can't google atm
>>
>>37911320
I slept with one hand behind my head a few months ago. For about 2 weeks my right hand was fucked, I could barely lift my fingers, couldn't operate my mouse properly.

Sleeping with your arm tucked under your head or on your side gives you shoulder AIDS and sheeeeittt

Neuropathy. Squishing your nerves over a long period of time causes permanent damage.
Imagine pain, pins and needles, paralysis/weakness and a lack of a proper sense of touch, and it doesn't go away. Ever.

It's only a certain angle for the ulnar nerve damage. Basically it needs to be stretched and compressed, so arm above shoulder level, and hand-behind-head territory.

As for front sleeping, just don't pin your wrist under your torso and you'll be fine.
