I hope you're kidding. Unless you cheat heavily on the form, almost no new lifter could rep 200 after only 2 months.

Maybe on a cut or for someone with relatively low testosterone... Most adult males can achieve that quicker.

Personally I got to a 315 squat/405 deadlift within 2 months, but to be fair I was mostly only eating slightly above maintenance which is why my progress was so slow.

Eh that's not too bad desu, even above average beginners can barely add a plate to their deadlit each workout. Even if you can't hit 4 plate diddly in your first month and a half, it's probably best not to give up cause who knows, maybe you'll hit 2/3/4/5 by the end of 8 months and also powerclean a fucking car and ohp the space shuttle you fucking ass cunt.

Haha, I've been lifting for almost 2 years now and my Bench was only a little above 200. Dropped down very quickly once I started cutting. Fuck it though, I look way better then I did when I started this journey and that's all I care about
