I fucking hate rest days. Right now I'm working out every other day because I'm afraid going any more would stunt my gains. I've been lifting for a little under three months now. When can I up this to at least a consistent 4 days (or even 5 if possible) a week?

Finished my 10 sets of Bench today.
>arrange to hang out with oneitis after not talking for like 2 years
>do some pull ups in nearby park to get pump
>i go over to her house
>she has done her make up and has obviously made an effort to look nice
>house is disgusting, there are like 6 cats running around
>have decent convo with her housemate while she just stands there
>we walk to shops
>she gets coffee (its like 5pm wtf)
>i get pizza (chad)
>she thinks she left her phone somewhere so we spend like half an hour looking for it
>eventually just walk back to her house and she'd left it there
>hardly talk this whole time
>put a tv show on
>one of her fucking cats does a shit somewhere
>it stinks so bad
>i fucking hate cats
>she doesnt clean it up
>mfw
>leave like 10 minutes later, dont even watching finish tv show

>atleast 30kg below my usual working sets on everything. Not even able to Do bodyweight Dips anymore
