I'm looking to pick up a new hobby. Preferrably something that makes me sweat and kicks my ass. What boosts testosterone?
I'm thinking Gymnastics (I don't care what anyone says, that shit is manly tas hell) or training to fight (leaning towards Muay Thai but I'm open to something else). I don't want to grapple all day, though.
I already lift and I'm in pretty great shape so I'm just looking for something to spice things up. I want to be a walking testosterone machine lol
