I do triceps on chest/triceps days.
After Bench press, incline dumbbell press theyre pretty tired already.
For a finisher I do 3 sets of skullchrushers and 3 sets of cable tricep extensions which gives a nice pump.
Triceps also get some work on shoulder day, where I barbell ohp and dumbbell ohp.

Started at 430 pounds years ago. Made it to 280, got complacent, got fucked up. Broke my shoulder and ate my way back up to 375.

Started again back in September, though I wasn't serious. Strange circumstances culminated in January that kicked my ass into gear.

Dropped from 345 to 220 in just about 6 months. Didn't even snap a picture until 315 as I just assumed I wouldn't make it.

For all you heavy blokes out there, just do it. Don't fuck around, don't cheat yourself. Eat clean, break your bad habits, burn out your addiction to food, and take back your life.

I clean bulked and abs started showing as my muscle mass increased.

I don't have a routine specificaly for abs but this is what I do:

Usually A chest, bis and tris. B back and shoulders. C legs. I just alternate between ABC and rest days depending on my schecule. Also play water polo so abs get worked a lot during drills and warmup but I just follow whatever the coach has for us that day.

Diet: Nicotine + Adderal. Sometimes eatig makes me wanna vomit. I eat basically whatever I want but I try to keep it high protein and clean, lots of brown rice, chicken, green veggies.

Routine: Go to the gym at least 3 days a week and do what feels like it needs to be worked out. Greyskull LP is a good place to start, stuff like that. Just getting to the gym is 100x more important than having a routine and you'll figure it out as time goes on.

You've been dropping nearly 10lbs a month mate, that's plenty. If you try to drop too much at once you'll lose muscle as well. You're on track, just keep it up.

Yeah, I've been doing dips twice a week for about 6 months now and the last 3 times I've done them I've had some very noticeable pain in my sternum/clavicle area.

It's not such a great exercise that it's worth the risk I think, I'm giving them up and just gonna do incline/decline bench instead.

Honestly, I stopped cheating myself. It took me almost 4 months to drop from 375 to 345 because every weekend I'd treat myself to a dope chile rellenos plate. Once or twice a week? Ben and Jerry's - I was doing so good, what's an extra, what, 1,200 calories that day?

I was done ripping myself off.

Idk never counted calories through it. I always recommend counting calories though for at least ~2 weeks to a month cause it makes you really good at estimating. If you count the whole time then great.

If I had to guess I'd say it'd range from 1000 - 2000 a day, was SUPER dependent on my appetite and whether I was hanging out with people or not. I did sort of a intermittent fasting type thing, don't eat past 8 and don't until until ~12ish (16 hours or so).

From my experience it doesn't matter so much, just keep it high protein.

I'm not /fit/ at all. Started out with a bmi of 38.4 and decided I had to lose weight, currently weight of the last pic but did it all purely through diet. I've been doing some bodyweight stuff and cardio the last couple of weeks but as soon as I have a summer job and some dosh I'll sign up to a local gym.

I have a fucked up wrist though, broke it a couple of years ago and the couple of times I've been to a gym with friends and I put strain on it (Especially with free weights) it kills, not sure what to do about that.

There's definitely better people to get advice from but...

I loosely followed greyskull lp for awhile. Basically I just worked out, learned what I like, didn't like, got confidence in the gym, etc.

I stand for my job 8 hours a day so I don't do much legs. I bench a lot (my chest is SUPER stubborn), incline/flat ABA style, face pulls, lat/tri pull downs, lots of freeweight stuff, chest flies, dips. I like the smith machine a lot for shoulder shrugs and assisted rows, also seated rows are cool. Overhead press is great too. I basically just do what ever accessories I feel like doing that day.

Like I said in the other post I think having a routine is secondary to just getting yourself to the gym, and all that is secondary to diet. Setting up a formal routine is definitely something I need to work on so probably don't follow my lead. There's loads of good stuff on google, so gl anon.

You're definitely still a skeleton at 5'10"/65 kilos - though I'd suggest a bit of caution with gaining weight. Generally, the natty limit for lean muscle gain is about 5 pounds in 10 weeks - just about 20 pounds lean in a year. Eat just enough to provide ample energy in the gym, you know what I'm saying?

And stick with it - if you bust your ass in the gym, eat right, and sleep well you'll see a major difference in 5 months.

You've got a couple options. The first is to reset the cut. Eat at maintenance for a couple of months and really work on building some solid muscle mass - keep your protein intake high and your diet clean. This will accomplish two things specifically: it will reset your leptin levels and it will increase your TDEE so when you get back to cutting you won't be as hungry and you'll be burning more energy.

You can also play around with different diets to find one that works for you. You can try keto, intermittent fasting, etc. Sometimes changing it up is just enough to break through a plateau.

Lastly, if you want that shit off your body ASAP, you can try your hand at a protein sparring modified fast. It's a radical diet but the results it produces are rivaled only by DNP.

Find a copy of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook if you're interested. He lays out everything you need to do and why it works in plain English - follow the protocol to the letter and you can bust through the last of that fat.
