I know /fit/ doesn't like him, but watching Omar Isuf is actually really encouraging for me. He's almost defenitely natty, and I can relate to how it took him a while to pearn how to bulk and cut properly. If he can do it so can I.

when I stopped listening to everyone else

In the last 2 weeks every girl I know have complimented me on my weight loss, one even said I should stop cutting.

Still gotta cut tho, have a little bit of a belly but damn it sure feels good.

Arms / shoulders / back seem to have suddenly gotten bigger even tho I didn't change my diet, psychological af methinks.

To all fatties of /fit/ you can make it. I'm down to 172 pounds from 260 @ 6", goal is around 165
