Pic related is me. 5'11 142 pounds. I really want to bulk and the last few weeks have felt like utter hell but I really want to loose these bitch tits before I start bulking, what should I do brahs, help me, really fucking help me.

if you start putting on some upper body mass it will help tighten it all up. Just dont start eating 1000 cal surplus - keep it tight 250-500 MAX surplus and lift heavy an hard 3-4 times a week.

if you are disciplied enough to cut , the you can do this too
