You want a good weight gainer shake. Just do this, lemme tell ya this. Get. Oatmeal. A banana. Some real food. Milk. Yogurt. And yams. That's a perfect weight gainer with real fucking ingredients. Just stop buying protein powders and weight gainers. Because they're a waste of fucking time. Enough with the chemicals and bullshit, and stuff you're putting in you. Just like what I said, real food, will always be fucking better choice. I'll never sell a protein powder or a weight gainer, because they're fucking bullshit.

Pretty good if you get the mass gainer muscle milk. 310 cals with 4.5g of fat the protein for 80grams of powder isnt that great though.

If you have to money muscle milk mass gainer(not to be confused with just ordinary muscle milk) is pretty good. But also have real food in your diet. Milk, eggs, nut, yogurt, salmon, chicken; the protein powder only helps
U wanna get 800 cans of tuna in bulk, or just save time and buy a whole tuna put it in your freezer then just grab a chunk and dissolve it in your mouth during your day
