Is getting better abs basically the realm of lowering bf? I dont really care about being near 10% but if I were to wager id be about 14-15 atm (might be wrong). Genetics are important but not all. Loose fat ALWAYS leads to a "sixpack", srsly, ALWAYS. At 6% bf and below everyone got a sixpack hidden. Girls will come, you and I just need to be going on with our lives and not go too crazy over any one girl that you come across. Lifting won't fix your feelings of inadequacy, it won't help you be strong in the moment, or strive with consistency in your endeavors. Literally first chest mire in my life, thanks anon. Ever since I started posting on /fit/ I always got called out for having a weak chest, so this entire summer I altered my lifting program to prioritize it above all else. Glad to see/hear it paying off. Fit's feedback (although blunt and often trollish) can be helpful if you have thick skin. Pic from earlier this summer for reference.

Just google it. but basicaly recomp is when you eat something like 200 kcal surplus on your training days and 300-600 kcal deficit on rest days(depends on how many days you train and rest) so you basicaly you maintain or even build some muscle while losing fat though this is a very slow process which works best for begginers
