Can someone rate my form?
I started barely being able to squat the bar, I got it up to 150lbs after a few months but then I got sick and missed the gym for 2 months. This is currently my PR at 175lbs

don't look at the floor look straight ahead

Do look at the floor; see also hip drahve
Form seems not terrible. Your knees are traveling a bit too forward maybe. Also, you seem to be doing low bar squat but I'm not sure you have the bar in the right place (it seems like sort of a medium position?). Rippetoe on youtube has good reference on bar position if you want to double check that.
Also, you look like a more babyfaced version of someone I know so I did a triple take on your vid there.

don't listen to him
I think your upper back is rounded, but it's hard to see on this video.

I've seen his vids and Alan thrall countless of times. I try to do everything as best as I can. I am doing lowbar I am place the bar as low as I feel comfortable.
I try to push with my hips as best as I can without turning the squat into a goodmorning
Oh and you should probably switch to a t-shirt instead of a tank for squats, to keep the bar in place more easily. You can also chalk your upper back if this becomes a problem.

You can feel it once its in the right spot, there's that ridge in your clavicles that Rip's always going on about. The bar goes immediately beneath that, so there's sort of a 'groove' for it.
Keep going, you'll make it into the 200's easily.

I usually work out with a t-shirt but it's summer and the gym can get hot.

I know what your talking about. That's like 2 or 3 cm from where I usually place the bar. Like I said it just feel more comfortable for me.

Bretty decent
You could be a bit more upright, you're not hitting depth because your torso is too horizontal
Here's the best advice you will get in this thread: don't ever come here if you want genuine, intelligent advice.
Reading through some of these posts make me want to die.

Push your shoulders up more.
When i squat i like to imagine pushing my heels off the ground and pushing my shoulders to the sky while pushing with my hips.
will surprisingly make shit feel lighter
