Real talk /fit.
I am 3 1/2 months into lifting and am enjoying all kinds of newbie gains... And then it happened.
THIS fucking game came out, and is now by far the most titalating reason to do cardio. Like right now, I'm looking at my fucking phone and leaves are blowing up errywhere, a pikachu is at my neighbors house and I'mma boutta hop that bitches fence to grab me some VR mouse.
But alas, gains are the priority. My question to you is,
>is light cycling/walking bad for muscle gain?
>can I be the very best?
>that no one,
>ever was?

well the question really lies on what you would consider the penultimate goal at the end of your journey
Do you want to be a pokemon master and get your gains stolen?
or
Do you want to get swole and burn a couple of hours that you could've spent playing vidya?
personally i think the answer is obvious

Why not just do it in your sparetime? Also the amount of walking biking you'll do on this won't kill whatever noob gains you have so stop worrying.
Also never use the word alas again, please.

>penultimate goal.
That means second to last, senpai.
Unless you're implying that the ultimate, obvious goal is death as a legend.
IS IT DOWN FOR ANYONE ELSE
