try getting your doctor to recommend some deos that actaully block your sweat glands (usually come in sticks). should take care of the pit problme at least

otherwise i recommend wearing lots of deo so you dont smell, and wearing pants that dont clearly show when they are wet (i.e. jeans). white shirts help too, cant see the sweat so much

Do white shirts help? I've been going with black shirts for the longest. My crotch sweat is pretty intense and does show up on jeans if I'm sitting for too long. UnderArmor type undies help I've found. Everytime I go to the bathroom I use some TP to dry myself down there but this isn't feasible longterm solution.

in my experience you dont see the sweat stains as much as on black.

its also a bit cooler i guess, black absorbs heats. but if you're not out in the sun that doesnt really matter

you could try seeing somebody about the anxiety as well. might help at least make the sweating less aggressive

Wear 100% polyester clothes. Preferrably black. My TapOut polyester shorts down't show sweat. Neither do my adidas climacool polyester pants, and my adidas climacool polyester t-shirts. But you have to wash then every day or else they stink. Also wash cold, i mean COLD, not 30 degrees celsius. Not even close.

Worth a shot; but it could be Vitamin D deficiency. I have been a fairly sweaty guy. Few weeks ago I read an article about Vitmain D deficiency and said being sweaty (among other things) was symptom. I've been popping supplements ever since and do feel I do not drip as much.

I got you bro. I've got hyperhidrosis like crazy. Went to the doctor and he wanted to do lasers/Botox/other high priced bullshit. I told him I am a poorfag so he prescribed me oxybutynin. It's prescribed for people with poor bladder control but a side effect is it slows your sweat glands way down.

I get a months supply for $10 now. It changed my life man.

I know a few people that are pretty active and sweaty, the people where it is a problem are usually overweight.

white shirts definitely show sweat more than black shirts in my experience... black shirts are already dark, a dark stain under your arms won't be as obvious as gray-ish stains on a white shirt

Ive had this problem my whole life, and found out that when I work out in the morning the rest of the day I don't sweat as much
