Prove to me chicken breast + pizza is not health food.

Especially given a diet with sufficient micronutrient and fiber intake (i.e. Pizza, chicken breast, and salad with no dressing)

Shit fits my macros so hard, i want to do it everyday (pizza dough is super cheap and easy to make, y'all)

Well the sodium in pizza is bad for your blood pressure. If you're bulking it seems like an easy source of calories but high sodium/ simple carbs/ unhealthy fats make me say no to eating pizza as much as you would chicken breast

So carbs from bread, fats from cheese and meat, protein from chikken, cheese, and pepperoni.

What if i am doing the villain challenge 1 from greyskull, as well as mma cardio (mostly punching and kicking drills, sometimes footwork or grappling drills), as well as barbell complexes, as well as lifting regularly?

Plus, i am talking like 3-4 slices per day here (cutting, lmao)
