What do you do after you made it?

What should I do after I reach my goal physique?

Do you continue bulking and cutting?

Do you just enter maintenance mode and workout only twice per week to keep muscle?

Honestly this has just been a phase for me. I used to program and be really into computers for like four years. Now i keep up on my skills a bit but otherwise just maintain as ive moved on. for the past year ive been working on my body, in a few years when im objectively pretty hot/strong/lean Ill do the twice weekly workout and find a new phase to obsess over

I default to this to maintain fitness whenever I'm focusing on other areas of life:
3x/wk Tabata sprints (12 min/wk)
2x/wk boring but big 5/3/1 (2 hr/wk)

Throw in some mobility/foam rolling as well if you've got time.
