a beginner can put on muscle mass while losing fat. it's not really possible once you stop being a beginner. for someone with your physique it's unlikely you'll get leaner, though. nobody ends up ripped after a bulk. that said, you can gain mass without increasing your bf%.

yeah its easy. remember quatnum mechanics from middle school? same principal. you just have to eat less and more at the same time. just like the cat, unless you are observed you will be in a super position of both eating less and eating more, thus allowing you to cut and bulk. The being observed shouldn't be a big issue for you because you're a NEET shut-in, though.

I did. My jobs physically demanding, only drink water and just eat clean. My arms have gotten allot bigger as my abs have started to be more defined. So getting bigger while becoming more defined yes.
